JESSICA JANNSEN
Hi, my name is Jessica! I am a salon professional and wellness advocate that is passionate about helping others live their most beautiful and vibrant lives. My 19 years of experience in the beauty industry have taken me from working as a salon employee to being a national educator to salon ownership. I have had incredible experiences such as working New York Fashion Week, Style Week Northeast, and being recognized as Alterna Haircare’s Artist of the Year in 2020. I feel my most authentic, however, when I’m serving my own clients and pouring my energy into growing my business. I currently split my professional hours between providing high-end salon services and working 1-on-1 with my team.
Behind the chair I specialize in elegant beauty; dimensional colors, rich blondes, and tailored haircuts that have my clients feeling like the bombshells they are. I believe education for my clients is key, and a professional relationship with me looks a lot like a valued friendship with trust, love, and respect from both sides. If you are a guest at Remedy Salon you are my people, and you have my commitment of exceptional customer service and a safe, lavish experience within our walls.

Over the years I’ve found myself happiest when I’m helping others become the best, most empowered versions of themselves. My fervor for education and growth has been my foundation for success both with my team and my clients. I am obsessed with creating intrepreneurship and entrepreneurship opportunities for my employees while focusing on creating sustainability and security in their careers. I utilize a uniquely developed education program to train skilled and confident stylists and guarantee top quality services for all Remedy Salon clients.

Outside of the salon I am mama to two handsome and spirited boys, ages 5 and 9. I have been married for 10 years to my amazing husband who holds our family together and has been my rock and #1 supporter since the day we met. I am a lover of movement and you can find me participating in everything from yoga to swimming to HIIT. I’m a runner at heart and have 8 marathon medals. I am always up for a challenge, a new experience, or an opportunity for growth. I live my own life to the fullest; following my dreams with with tenacity, and I am committed to helping others do the same.

JESSICA ENDRES
Hi, My name is Jessica Endres! I earned my cosmetology degree through an apprenticeship program with Jess Jannsen at Remedy Salon. I have always been interested in the cosmetology industry, and when this opportunity was offered to me I couldn’t wait to get started! This way of approaching my education fast-tracked my learning and launched the start of my career in the beauty industry giving me a great advantage over other industry professionals. I am constantly learning and growing as an artist and love being able to express creativity through my work behind the chair.
An appointment with me at Remedy starts with a thorough collaborative consultation and hair assessment. Together we make a plan not only for your current visit, but for how to maintain and care for your hair at home and in the future. Everyone deserves a look that they absolutely love, so helping my clients figure out their signature style is my top priority. Watching someone leave my chair with confidence is the most rewarding part of my career, and it’s why I do what I do.

Inside and outside the salon I am passionate about personal growth and self-improvement, so you’ll find me squeezing the most out of my personal time. My family is my top priority, with my fiance, 3 kiddos, and two fur-babies who are the center of my world. I am a huge animal lover and hope one day to work closely with a rescue.
I always make sure to squeeze in time with my friends and jump on any opportunity to travel. I love experiencing the world and all it has to offer.
I truly believe you create the life you want for yourself and I’m passionate about finding beauty in the process. I bring a positive attitude everywhere I go, and hope to inspire others to do the same. I’d love to help you live your life a little more beautifully by being your salon consultant and professional service provider. I can’t wait to meet you and hope to see you in my chair!

Hi, my name is Meredith! I’m at the beginning of my cosmetology journey, bringing a fresh face not only to Remedy but to the beauty industry as well. Becoming a professional in this field has been a lifelong dream, and I’m beyond excited to take my first steps with Remedy!
As I embark on this journey, I’m incredibly grateful for every client who sits in my chair—each appointment is a chance to learn, refine my skills, and grow into the best stylist I can be. I’d love the opportunity to be your Remedy stylist, and I can’t wait to share this journey with you!

Outside of the salon, spending time with my family is one of my greatest joys. They have shaped me into the person I am today, and I am endlessly grateful to my Mom and Dad for their love and support. I’m also lucky to have three amazing sisters and a sweet bunny named Ruby. As a family, we share a passion for travel, and at the top of my must-visit list is New York City!
Staying active is a key part of my lifestyle, and movement is non-negotiable. When I’m not in the salon you can find me on my mat, flowing through hot yoga or strengthening with Pilates. In my free time, I love getting lost in a good romance novel, and when I need to unwind, indulging in reality TV is my guilty pleasure!
I embrace every opportunity for growth, both personally and professionally. Becoming the best version of myself is a lifelong commitment, and I am always seeking ways to evolve, learn, and improve.

Hi, I’m Vanessa — a lifelong lover of all things beauty. From a young age, I’ve been drawn to color, creativity, and the transformative power of self-expression. I’ve always believed that beauty isn’t just about how we look — it’s about how we feel. When someone feels confident, seen, and celebrated, that’s where the magic happens.
Now, I’m proud to be turning that passion into purpose as I begin my professional journey as an apprentice in the beauty industry. Joining The Remedy Collective has been the perfect next step — a place where I can learn, grow, and contribute to an environment that values artistry, connection, and excellence.
Whether you’re ready for a bold transformation or a subtle refresh, I approach each appointment as an opportunity to create something beautiful and meaningful. Outside of the salon, I find joy in the simple moments that bring me peace and spark my creativity. I deeply value time spent with friends — they keep me grounded, make me laugh, and remind me of what truly matters.
Creativity has always been a natural pull for me. Whether I’m working on a DIY project, exploring new ideas, or simply bringing a vision to life, I feel most like myself when I’m creating something beautiful and intentional. I love working with my hands and watching ideas evolve into something tangible.
I also believe strongly in the importance of rest and balance. When life feels overwhelming, I’ve learned the power of slowing down — unplugging, recharging, and giving myself space to breathe. I see this as an essential part of sustaining both creativity and well-being.
Personal growth is something I care deeply about — not just in my career, but in every aspect of life. I’m always seeking opportunities to learn, evolve, and become the best version of myself. This journey means a lot to me, and I’m excited to see where it leads next.
