Remedy Fit features the MIRROR- a virtual gym which offers 10,000+ classes on demand. There are over 50 genres of movement to choose from, and new, live classes daily. In addition, we also offer group fitness experiences hosted by local fitness entrepreneurs. No matter what kind of movement experience you are looking for, you can find it at the Remedy.
REMEDY FIT WAS BORN FROM A DESIRE TO APPROACH FITNESS DIFFERENTLY.
Jess believes moving and strengthening your body is an integral part of living your most vibrant life. A fitness enthusiast herself, she finds joy in all sorts of exercises, from cardio to strength to stretch and everything in between. She believes listening to your body and mixing up your movement is the key to a long-lasting commitment to your fitness goals. A lover of studio workouts and group fitness classes, she was frustrated by the high membership costs of signature workout studios that pigeon-hole the consumer into committing to only a single type of experience. This often leads to boredom, burnout, or a plateau of fitness progress.
Jess’s mission is to offer the valley a unique space for individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and interests to move their bodies in a way that is best for them.
The MIRROR offers a personalized fitness plan created just for you. Your personal account offers goal-setting and performance metrics and we provide all the equipment you need to enjoy your perfect workout.

We require bluetooth headphones to connect with each mirror for your workout. Towels and equipment are provided. Please bring clean indoor athletic shoes for our studio.

Yes, we have 2 showers with changing rooms available for after your workout. We keep our showers stocked with VOCE professional shampoo and conditioner and have a full collection of professional styling products and tools available for your use at our beauty bar.

Absolutley! We want you to have fun with your workouts, so feel free to bring a friend with you anytime and share your mirror! Just share a set of headphones and have fun moving together.
